How to organize papers into a filing cabinets?

I just started book keeping for this little company down the street from me nad i want to be the best so maybe someone could give a few pointers on how to organize there papers very nicely

filing is different for every business.. first find out if it is more important to list your books by name(account) or by date.. that should give you a head start and take it from there. Always remember to keep all available receipts and photo copy them..some ink on certan receipts seem to fade away. Good luck
